**We are planning:**
  - To build a dwelling or cottage to repair and/or complete, as example of natural, eco friendly style of building
  - To create a large work room / shed that can be transformed into a training centre for the local population and businesses to send their employees for peer educator training  & skills development, also stress management, creative activity courses with potential to generate income, massage, aromatherapy courses and classes, exercise, meditation, yoga, dance courses/talks/retreats on various topics for permanent residents, visitors to the area, workplaces, etc. 
  - To setup wellness food gardens, with herbs, veges, cereals, fruit trees & bushes, berries, olive & citrus trees, etc. as examples to local communities to teach them how to do it as well. Excess production will be sold to local restaurants, shops or at organic markets.  
  - Obtain/maintain existing: few milk cows, chickens, ostriches, some game, etc. also as examples of self sustainability and maintaining an eco system where man and nature function in a co-operative, mutually enhancing, symbiotic relationship.
  - Establishment of sun energy/alternative energy systems, grey water system, water purification and re-usable systems, also for own use, and to act as examples and tools to teach others.
  - To add 2-3 self catering units for people with serious or less serious, illnesses who'd like to go away for a while to recover and learn how to re-train their thoughts for health. These will also be used for those who simply want to have a quiet holiday or to use for a period of retreat. Potential to expand to more units, within 2-5 years therefore essential.
