Who owns Russia? – Information War and predictions of the outcome

Introduction – winds of change

This is no attempt to give a comprehensive analysis of the situation in Russia, this is simply results of putting together some information that I have gathered over the years. The recent information from the group that calls itself the Concept of Public Safety had allowed me to find the missing pieces and put them together. Both the Concept of Public Safety and the Ringing Cedars book series by Vladimir Megre have a realistic chance of spreading across the globe and spreading the information about Global Government.

They have that chance because they provide an alternative, healthy society and self-governance tools. We will talk today about Russia because they both originated in Russia and in addition to many predictions about Russia this contributes to the interest of people around the world in Russian politics, tendencies, and their possible outcome. I will here show that Russians have a good chance of soon coming out of the depression and build a society model for the other countries.

Information War

There is a war going on, and this war really covers all countries and all continents. The Global Government is breaking up and leaks information. In this war information is essential because any war always goes on all levels: information might not kill immediately, but can be a weapon of genocide over the years, decreasing population or its quality of life. For example, depression is caused by the worldview of a person who thinks that his country is bad and he has no chance to affect in any way the quality of his life. This worldview is created by information: by historical information (formed by public educational institutions which are owned by their masters), by one-sided representation of events, and so on.

All these means of control and governance are now becoming known to larger and larger slice of population. In Russia, the two bigger sources of this information are Ringing Cedars and the Concept of Public Safety. The current war alliances in Russia are:
- KGB (Committee for State Security) and part of the Orthodox Church
- GRU (Main Intelligence Directorate) and army
- Putin family whose KGB background is known
- Yeltsin family and oligarchs
- Luzhkov family
- Various less powerful mafia clans
- NATO and forces that act through USA government
- Global Shadow Government

Now we will see some direct control that is coming from outside of Russia and how it works: Putin, KGB and part of the Orthodox Church are working together, and Yeltsin family and oligarchs are quite obviously under direct outside control. So we have Putin family who is I suspect still in control now with Medvedev being a president being in the middle between the oligarchs, army, and the people trying to keep peace and retain control.

Information – what had been hidden from us?

The information that had been hidden:
- The means of control and the information about the hidden government itself,
- The fact the Human beings are Gods and capable of creating their own future and the tools to do that, as well as finding the right thing to do, living life aligned with Nature,
- The optimal lifestyle for a human being,
- The unity of three: Information, Matter, and Measure, where Measure is a set of predefined variants of possibilities for any object or structure,
- The history of the planet, culture, and human kind,

Predictions

As the old saying goes any people deserve the government they have. This means that even with the complete understanding and a good will the government is unable to act properly because of one simple reason: it will be destroyed and power will be lost, and all this can even be done by the hands of its own people, if the people do not have enough information about all the circumstances and do not understand the actions of the politics.

Now is the time to come out of depression, gather, analyze and spread the information, learn to govern and self-govern, and most importantly express their wishes. For the Putin family the only chance to stay in charge is to follow with what the people are gathering and follow the expressed direction of development. That way it can retain the popularity and have enough power for the transitional period before the people become knowledgeable and strong enough to overcome any foreign pressure.
